Overtime For Young Workers

Many of you hire 16 year old students during the summer months. A question came up recently in a seminar about the amount of hours they can work. In most states, you can't have them work more than an eight hour day or you break a child labor law. There are some exceptions in some industries, with an okay from that state's Dept. of Labor.
